TurboGrafx-16 First Production Unit - $2000

If you’re like me, you were incredibly excited about the release of the Turbografx back in 1989. The promise of 16bit graphics and sound along with new franchises was enough to entice a generation of gamers gullible enough to bite. I picked one up at launch and throughly enjoyed it; and now that I’m older — I have six of them in various configurations. It’s quite a collection; but if you’ve ever dreamed of having the first TurboGrafx-16 ever made, nows your chance.

The text of the craigslist ad is below:

One of a kind, this is the very first TG-16 ever made. Enshrined in glass, personally handed to present owner from president of TTi, who received it from NEC in 1989.
Serious inquiries only, price is firm.
